The first spirit trickled from the stills in the Dingle Distillery in the cold Winter of 2012. Since then, the distillery has released regular small batches of Dingle Whiskey, as well as three Single Pot Still releases. Dingle’s first Pot Still Release made them just the second distillery on the island of Ireland to produce Pot Still. The Dingle Distillery is also home to the award winning Dingle Vodka and Dingle Gin, which was awarded the title of World’s Best Gin 2019 at the World Gin Awards.

The Boatyard Distillery is an award winning farm-to-bottle distillery located on the banks of Lough Erne in north west Ireland. The Hinch Distillery & Visitor Centre located in the grounds of the beautiful Killaney Estate, which is nestled among the rolling Drumlins of County Down just south of Belfast will open to the public in early summer 2020. The distillery takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, whose name in Irish translates as ‘town of the island’.

Ravenrock is a new premium Irish distilled gin that is refreshingly surprising in more ways than one. Brewmaster is a premium beer brand from Dundalk Bay Brewery. At Brewmaster the craft of beer is in their DNA.
